NEW Covid-19 Update

Bi-Temp Ltd. values the health and safety of our staff, families and customers and we want to move forward in a diligent manor. We will be screening customers who are looking for service over the phone prior to sending a technician as well as providing a screening form to sign off on. The office will be closed to the public, however we will still have personnel available by phone to help assist in any way possible. 

We are deemed essential and still fully operational following the government guidelines for health and safety. We cannot complete our job with any type of curb-side delivery, nor working from home, as our job does entail entering homes and businesses in order to directly work on and fix equipment. Technicians will follow all health and safety guidelines, including properly social distancing, minimal contact and wearing a mask. If you are uncomfortable with our technicians entering your home, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment.

All payments will be capable of being made over the phone by credit card, cheque in the mail or E-Transfer.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to call the office to discuss. Thank you all for your loyalty and continued support to Bi-Temp Ltd.
