We were very excited to be building our dream home. Since we are first time builders, we had many questions. We chose Bi-Temp because they were very responsive and happy to answer all our questions (even before we were customers). That never changed.
We had Justin install in-floor heat, an air to air heat pump (for air conditioning and heat for shoulder seasons) and HRV system. The results have been a quiet and comfortable home with very high-quality equipment. We hesitate to put a door on our utility room because our boiler is a work of art :)
Yesterday, Justin gave us a personal tour and instructions on all of our new system. Honestly, we hated to say goodbye! Using this contractor was the best decision of our build."

Bi-Temp has an amazing group of outstanding and extremely knowledgeable fellows working for them. They arrived early in the morning and didn't leave until mid afternoon.
Peter and Brian, who arrived first thing this morning, did an excellent job on the installation. they worked tirelessly in very hot and humid conditions, along with Joe and Matt who arrived later on.
We were so impressed that not one of these guys left until they checked everything out and made sure all was in perfect working order. Also, any mess was cleaned up and taken away with them. It was a very pleasant experience for us and we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with all 4 of your workers.

"We used Bi-Temp to install our NTI boiler system for a 14 loop radiant in-floor system in our 4200sq. ft. metal fabrication shop. We are from Peterborough, so not really in their area but we had used Justin in the past for home furnace fixes and really liked working with him. Justin is super knowledgable and hard-working and he managed to fit us in for an install quickly despite being really busy. The final setup looks professional and the heat feels great! His team, Alex and Matt, put in an incredibly long day in the cold to get everything done and were awesome to deal with. "Highly recommend! These guys just switched us off oil and installed a new carrier Propane furnace in our house and they were outstanding. Our sales rep, Matt even helped organize our Propane set up, removal of our excess oil and all the timing. It went off without a hitch. Peter and Brian did the installation and despite a barking German Shepherd and 1 1/2 year old baby getting in their way they were professional from minute one, didn't leave a spec of dirt and even cleaned and wiped down everything when they left. Literally washed walls if a hand touched them. Just amazing guys! Definitely would use them again."
